Description:
MONDAY - FRIDAY, 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK, 8:30AM - 5PM
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our central team based in Colchester as a Receptionist. This will be a busy role covering our reception desk , alongside supporting our Executive Assistant with general administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, answering any general queries that will come through our switchboard ensuring they are passed onto the correct department and other administrative duties including arranging meetings, sorting out the post.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an enthusiastic individual, with the ability to be resourceful and take a pro-active approach when issues arise, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
You will have good listening, verbal and written skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You will have the ability to develop good and effective relationships within all aspects of the business. You will ensure strict confidentiality and discretion at all times, as well as good planning and organisational skills.
