Receptionist duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating customer information and maintaining records
- Inventory control for new vehicles
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, emailing, placing stationery orders, ordering business cards, ensure cleanliness of show room and stock refreshments for customers. -Complete day end cash, cash reports and bank runs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area -Take payments and place payments on customer accounts.
- Candidates must apply in person.
- This position is from Tuesday to Saturday giving you Sunday and Monday off.
Skills:
- Proficient in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and file management
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in creating/posting social media content is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive is a plus
