Location: Hinckley
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00AM - 12.30PM/9:00 AM – 2:00 PM/12.30PM-5:00PM (Must be flexible with working hours/Rotating shifts)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, or in a Customer Service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management
  • Confident in using computers, email, and basic office software
  • Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a calm, professional manner
  • Flexibility with working hours is essential

Our client, a well-established business based in Hinckley, is looking to recruit a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in front-of-house, administration, or customer service who is seeking part-time work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Perform general administrative duties including:
  • Filing and data entry
  • Organising and maintaining documents
  • Supporting other departments as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
