About The Role:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service and support the Office Manager with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Requiring exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Operating Smart Access Management System ensuring all visitors and contractors are signed in.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as emails, archiving, filing.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders via NAV system.
  • Any other administrative duties deemed appropriate for the role.
