Responsibilities

  • Delivering a positive customer experience within the building,
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers
  • Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building
  • Host and manage meeting rooms and the tenant lounge, maintaining a high standard of presentation, and undertaking light cleaning duties in designated areas
  • Support customers to make connections with each other
  • Have the confidence to take ownership of a range of building issues
  • Manage and allocate posts to the relevant tenants
  • Ordering Stationery/beverages, tea, coffee, etc
