We are seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office organization and maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role essential
- Proficient in computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
