Responsibilities

Front desk: Provide excellent customer service to guests and contributing to the property’s friendly and cheerful atmosphere. This includes answering guest queries and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations, checking in and out of guests and providing them with information that will assist in an enjoyable stay, resolving any guest concerns or disputes and escalating to relevant management when appropriate.
Housekeeping: refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock and ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.
