Description:

Serves as the first point of contact, providing administrative and clerical support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.

  • Graduate of any 4 years course
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of office administration
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
