HERE’S WHERE YOU COME IN:

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Anchorage team.
This position plays a key role in the overall client and employee experience for our Anchorage location. If you are a detail-oriented person who possesses enthusiasm and readiness to bring fresh ideas and skills to our team, then this may be the perfect role for you! This is a full-time position and the hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Ideally, you’ll be well-versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position requires high attention to detail, accuracy and initiative, and works with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word) daily. The individual selected for this position will demonstrate strong aptitude in these applications.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the company as the first impression for clients and employees contacting or coming into the Anchorage office
  • Answer incoming calls and check the general mailbox voicemails, routing them to the appropriate department or employee
  • Greet walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Assist management and other support staff with general office administration
  • Process mail and incoming checks as back-up to administrative assistant
  • Back up administrative assistant during breaks, meal periods and when they’re taking time off
  • Assist any department with printing, assembling, binding, and mailing projects
  • Assist with planning, set up and clean up for in-office events and celebrations
  • Support and assist with local office’s onsite communication boards for upcoming employee events and company initiatives
  • Business hours and your schedule will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
