The receptionist should report directly to Human Resources Director. The receptionist duties include but are not limited to: · Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties. · Answer phones and operate a switchboard. · Screen and Route calls to Management and Supervisors. · Answer inquiries about company. · Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. · Schedule meetings and conference rooms. · Make coffee and set out food for visitors and customers as required. · Ensure reception area is clean and neat. · Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. · Coordinate office activities. · Hand out employee applications. · Arrange appointments. · Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in. · Collect and distribute parcels and other mail. · Perform basic filing, and clerical duties as required. · Prepare travel vouchers. · Take and relay messages. · Update appointment calendars. · Schedule follow-up appointment. · Assist Managers and Supervisors as required. · Other duties as assigned Full-time Job Requirements · Basic computer skills. · High School Diploma, or equivalent · Ability to follow instructions from supervisors. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Great Multi-task skills
