We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary hospital. You ability to multitask and communicate effectively will ensure a smooth experience for both clients and their pets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an office or clerical role; experience as a receptionist is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality care to pets and their owners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining accurate patient records, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and questions regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow within the practice.
