Integrate have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join the team based at Quayside House, in Preston. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £12.21 - 12.34 per hour, dependent upon experience. Flexibility required to cover Annual Leave/Sickness

As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Integrate Office, Quayside House, Navigation Way, Preston.
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, greeting customers in a professional and approachable manner.
You’ll ensure messages are taken accurately and passed to the relevant departments.
Other duties include sorting and distribution of mail, scheduling room bookings, and providing general administration tasks predominantly for the HR Team.
