QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and job applicants, ensuring they feel welcomed and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Ensure the security of the premises by setting the burglar alarm at the end of the day.
  • Responsible for unlocking the premises in the morning and locking up at the end of the day.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing information when needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure they receive their samples promptly and efficiently.
