• 2 weekday evening shifts, typically 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM(some shifts may start earlier, around 3:00–3:30 PM) Specific evenings to be discussed in person based on availability.
• Saturday mornings, starting at 9:00 AM (usually ends between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
• Flexibility is appreciated for occasional shift adjustments or coverage needs
  Prior Admin experience is not needed but is a strong asset. You must be reliable! You must also have very strong verbal skills and be able to focus on detail regarding administrative tasks. A candidate must have a strong ability to multi- task. We also need a receptionist with a very healthy and vibrant energy. A strong ability to problem solve is also a very valuable asset. We are looking for a candidate ASAP.
  Clinic Duties:
  Duties include scheduling patients via phone/text or email
  Performing patient billings and billing reconcilliation with insurance companies
  Making sure patients adhere to their needed treatment plans
  Reactivating prior patients
  Opening and closing the clinic
  Greeting patients and directing them to assist with patient flow
  Executing patient reminder calls/texts to ensure they arrive to their appointment
  Setting up patient files on the computer
  Utilizing a patient management software program which allows patient scheduling and billing etc (training is available)
  Collect and record patient’s medical information
  Cleaning the clinic on a regular basis to keep the premises looking professional
  Position type: Independent contractor (not employee). You are responsible for your own source deductions.
