We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations while also playing a key role in supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries, respond to leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate with field teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or sales coordinator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Optional -

  • Proven experience in sales of CCTV, access control systems, and digital signage solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of security and AV solutions, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical customers.
Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Sales Support Duties:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide potential customers with product/service information and quotations.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and quotations to ensure successful conversions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design system configurations and proposals.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and service teams for scheduling and customer follow-ups.
  • Track and report sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Support clients post-sales by coordinating with the support team for system installations and troubleshooting.
