The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region. The Corporate Services team is responsible for the management and delivery of effective, Finance, Human Resources, Quality & Accreditation, Information & Communications Technology and Administrative systems, policies, processes and support operations to enable IUIH to meet its business objectives. About the Role? The Receptionist is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, providing front of house reception to staff, visitors and guests at Head Office. The position is also responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administration and communications support services to assist Managers and Staff meet business objectives. Your day to day duties may include: Coordinate provision of efficient front desk reception services. Mentoring and guiding our Trainees who assist in the Administration Services Team. Ensure effective greeting and phone answering and message processes. Registration of all incoming and outgoing faxes and distribute to appropriate officer. Ensure reception area is maintained in a tidy and welcoming manner. Provide general administration support to IUIH staff including, photocopying, compilation of materials/folders, preparation for conferences. Assist with arrangements for Board meetings and other required committees, as required. Issuing of cab charges and ferry tickets. About You?
