Position Summary: Responsibilities include performing general office/administrative duties, greeting customers and guests, answering phones, and supporting our fabulous team of Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities: Your work will include, but not be limited to: · Answer and field all incoming calls in a professional and cheerful manner. · General administrative functions such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, etc. · Ensure a positive customer experience by providing first-class customer service. · Maintain a basic knowledge and understanding of company policies/procedures, facilities, teams, and equipment. · Learn basic materials, colors, product lines along with Global Shop Software for order entry and/or basic product processing when time permits. · Foster a healthy working relationship with all employees and customers through positive daily interactions that promotes a productive working environment. · Locate and send order tracking information to our customers. · Pull, send, and stock samples, while maintaining the sample room. · Aid the order processing team in streamlining client interactions and order processes. · Support the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Rep’s as needed.
