QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with operating a multi-line switchboard is essential
  • Basic knowledge of accounting would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, at an intermediate level or higher
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Able to perform well under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Experience with QuickBooks Pro or Enterprise (versions ’14 to ’20) is considered an asset

Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls; assisting walk-in vendors, customers, and employees
  • Monitor and organize office and coffee supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support across departments, including tasks such as document preparation, printing and binding materials, scanning and organizing files, and maintaining internal records and reference materials.
  • Assisting our production department with time sheet approvals
  • Perform data entry and administrative functions to help support the accounting team
  • Assist with processing A/P and A/R documents
  • Creating and processing order forms for Company SWAG
