Job Scope:

• Greet/Sign-in visitors and vendors
• in charge of pantry inventory
• Answering main company’s phone line and providing relevant information or transferring the call to the correct employee.
• Receiving mail, packages and special deliveries. Then sorting/delivering the mail and/or notifying the employee of the delivery.
• Any other ad hoc duties as per required
