Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities. Experience in a private healthcare office setting is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with office software and Jane.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred, especially in a physiotherapy clinic setting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
