The Services required are set out as follows:
(a) Front counter duties, mainly to serve walk-in customers, students and teachers, answer telephone calls; broadcast SMS messages when required.
(b) Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents.
(c) Follow-up on students early departure requests, staff daily attendance / temperature records and student uniform loan requests, etc.
(d) Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mails, documents and magazines.
(e) Bus booking for school activities.
(f) Follow up on monthly redemption of e-transport vouchers and meals subsidy usage by MOE-FAS students.
(g) Maintain Lost & Found records
(h) Verify documents and track financial assistance or bursary applications.
(i) Any other duties as and when assigned by the School
