Job Description We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team in Chirk, Wrexham, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will provide a warm welcome to visitors, clients, and staff whilst managing a range of administrative duties. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent people skills, maintain a professional demeanour, and ensure our reception area operates smoothly and efficiently. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using multi-line phone systems, taking messages accurately and promptly Contractor control and administration, organising of inductions Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception diary, ensuring efficient time keeping Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using office software systems Provide administrative support to various departments as required Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area Process visitor sign-in procedures and manage access control in accordance with organisational policies Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation Liaise with staff members to ensure smooth communication and coordination Support the induction process for new employees Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office and email systems Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment Professional telephone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems Competent data entry and typing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused approach Desirable Skills and Experience: No experience required, training will be provided to the successful candidate Additional Information This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start their career within a large scale organisation that can offer further career development and opportunities.
