We Are One:For Love | For Diversity | For Change | For Equality | For Kindness For Freedom | For Unity Against Racism Meet and greet all guests in a pleasant and friendly manner Manage the Reception Area ensuring all areas are clean and clutter free Record all parcels/deliveries and ensure that the relevant personnel are notified of their arrival Open and close the switchboard on a daily basis Answer all incoming calls and connect the customer to the required recipient in a timely manner Accurately record messages, ensuring that all information is forwarded to the individual concerned at the earliest opportunity Support the property team with Health and Safety Tasks and systems. Support the property team with general admin , raising jobs and invoices. Support the Facilities Manager with general admin as required. Other office admin tasks as required Working Monday to Friday from 08:30- 17:30 We are looking for: Previous experience in a customer-facing environment Personable, professional and self-motivated Excellent communication skills, written & verbal Excellent telephone manner Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs Excellent personal presentation standards Our Stores The first Kurt Geiger store opened on London Bond street in 1963.
