Position Summary The Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing administrative tasks, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming environment. Work Schedule Tuesday- Wednesday: 4:30pm- 8:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 2:00pm- 8:00pm Key Responsibilities • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently • Greet visitors and assist guests upon arrival • Schedule appointments and manage administrative communications • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and office correspondence • Maintain filing systems and organizational records • Assist with payroll distribution and office documentation • Prepare, update, and distribute forms and reports • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and storage areas • Enter and maintain data in company systems and databases • Support additional administrative projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Must be at least 21 years of age • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance • One to three months of related administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent organizational and customer service abilities What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others.
