Receptionist Department: Front of House Employment Type: Part Time Location: London Compensation: £14,404 / year Description Receptionist – part time £14,404 SE1 We are looking for an experienced and professional front of house receptionist, to work part time, on a job share basis. You'll be based in a stunning building, just minutes from Borough Market and London Bridge, complete with a rooftop terrace. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact—fostering a strong sense of community and creating memorable first impressions every day. Hours - 8.00am – 6.00pm Thursday and Friday Salary - £14,404 Key Responsibilities Reception responsibilities Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome – you will be the ‘face of the building’ Managing sign in protocols and be mindful of health and safety requirements Managing deliveries, including couriers and post Efficiently manage a calendar and bookings for the roof terrace – and take responsibility for locking/unlocking daily Undertake any general administration as required Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders General management of the building Support the offsite Property Management company by ensuring any building issues are reported and managed to resolution. This will include managing maintenance contractors visiting the building/controlling keys/assisting with alarm checks Support the sales and leasing agents, working to help promote the vacant office space. You will prepare for viewings by ensuring space is looking pristine and ensure a hospitable welcome to potential occupiers Develop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders including the Landlord, Letting agents and Contractors Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service Self-motivated and willing to take on additional activities as part of the reception role Excellent written and oral communication skills and be Microsoft office competent with knowledge of social media/aps Experience in a premium, corporate front of house reception role or customer Benefits Company pension Referral programme Wellness scheme, including a 24-hour confidential helpline and access to online GP Company events
