We are looking for an experience and efficient corporate receptionist who is ready to move into a role with additional facility management responsibilities. If you thrive on variety, enjoy a challenge, and pride yourself on your organisational skills, this role could be the perfect fit.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Building Manager—managing contractors, updating reports, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.
This exciting opportunity is based in a stunning building just a short walk from Temple Meads Station.
Salary - £29,600 pa
Hours - 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday

TENANT EXPERIENCE

  • Produce a monthly e-newsletter to update tenants on local initiatives and events, ensuring content is on brand

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge
  • You have facilities management experience (desirable)
  • Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
  • Proactive, self-motivated and thrive in an environment where you are required to multitask
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and able to confidently communicate with key stakeholders
  • You are a competent Microsoft Office / PC systems user and willing to learn in house systems and processes
