Reports to: Receptionist Supervisor & Office Manager
Full-Time Position
M-S (7:30AM - 8PM) – Hours/days will vary
Summary: The Receptionist receives calls at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, route incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough

Responsibilities
  • Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to a salesperson
  • Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using a customer data base system and/or log sheet
  • Assists with keeping showroom and customer waiting area neat and orderly
  • Assists with brewing coffee
  • Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
  • Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
  • Other tasks as assigned
