Description
  • Handling clients’ inquiries, face-to face, over the phones and via emails.
  • Opening real estate conveyances files. Obtaining clients’ information, order strata information and assist in documents preparation.
  • Following up with banks with mortgage instructions and mortgage funding.
  • Scheduling clients’ appointments and meetings for Notary.
  • Handling payments from clients, issuing receipts and maintaining payment records.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
  • All other general office duties as assigned by the employer from time to time.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 7.5 per week
