This role will also provide other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior legal reception and/or legal secretarial support is strongly preferred. Responsibilities The Receptionist/Legal Secretary is responsible for being the single point of contact for clients, guests and staff and other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, reception/guest management experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Reception single point of contact (SPOC) at the firm for clients, guests and staff Administrative support for the senior manager/office administrator for the firm Prior legal reception and/or legal secretarial support is strongly preferred. Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Providing accurate and professional support in areas such as main office reception, document services and other administrative tasks as assigned Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Consider a new career today as a Reception Lead with IST Management Services, the fastest-growing, national, facilities management company in the industry.
