Right now, we need an on-to-it Receptionist to join our team at Les Mills Takapuna in our unique Reception role. This is not just any Receptionist position - you’ll play a crucial part in both welcoming our members and contributing to our growth and retention efforts.
You will be part of our kick-ass reception team and may cover some Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities. You will be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members – creating a lasting impression that aligns with our brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities include handling Reception duties while also engaging in enrolling new prospects and contributing to membership growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your basic sales skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

You will ideally:

  • Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working with people and being part of team that has each others backs
  • Have great confidence when meeting new people
  • Be immaculately groomed and be fastidious about maintaining an ordered workspace
  • Have a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle

This role is a part-time time and requires shifts right across the week including weekends and evenings. But hey, once you’ve found your bliss, the hours are irrelevant, right
