Job Summary The Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment. Responsibilities • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally. • Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments. • Perform front desk duties including sign-in, visitor logs, and ID verification. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. • Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Proficient with phone systems and basic office software.
