This role is essential to the smooth flow of communication and operations within the facility.     How you’ll contribute  * Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. * Assist coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems. * Provide administrative support to the leadership team for miscellaneous projects. * Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to represent the hospital to board members, medical staff, visitors, and the community. * Stay organized and carry out duties independently, using sound judgment and analytical skills. * Perform other duties as assigned.   Additional Information * Requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and use downtime productively.   Qualifications & Requirements: * Education: High school diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered.   Schedule: Part time / PRN: Availability needed: Monday - Friday from 4pm - 8pm and weekends from 10am - 4pm.   EEOC Statement MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer. MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity for all applicants and employees and complies with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment in employment.
