RECEPTIONIST DUTIES

  • Greet customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATION DUTIES

  • Verify compliance with OMVIC, bank, and internal dealership requirements.
  • Support the sales and finance team by flagging and resolving paperwork discrepancies.
  • Maintain secure digital and physical records.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits when required.
