For our Pax Check-in department At LuxairServices , we are looking for a:

Junior Check-In Reception Agent - Open to full-time / Part-Time (m/f/x)

Missions :

• To welcome, guide and check in passengers and crew members and their luggage while ensuring compliance with quality standards and flight punctuality.
• Check identity and travel documents, in accordance with applicable rules and legislation.
• Ensure compliance with commercial recommendations and the strictest application of safety and security rules.
• To be the preferred point of contact for clients.
• To board passengers and take care of unaccompanied minor children.
• Supply, maintain and secure check-in and boarding areas according to current procedures.
• Report any irregularities to the Supervisor.

Required profile:

Minimum criteria required for the position

• Hold a secondary school leaving certificate from Luxembourg or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, French and German (spoken & written)
• Being customer-oriented, having a neat appearance, and respecting uniform procedures
• Tour work
• To be precise, organized, and resilient to stress
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Any other language will be considered a major asset for this position.

• Verification of identity and travel documents in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with commercial recommendations and the strictest safety and security regulations.
• Be the main point of contact for customers.
• Conducting the boarding and care of unaccompanied minor children.
• Maintaining, caring for, and securing the check-in and boarding areas in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Reporting any irregularities to the supervisor.

Requirements profile:

Minimum requirements for the position:

• Completion of secondary education in Luxembourg or equivalent qualification
• Fluency in English, French and German (spoken & written)
• Customer focus, well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform regulations
• Willingness to work shifts
• Precision, organizational skills, and stress resistance
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Each additional language is considered a great advantage for this position.
