Our client, a food company is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Delano, CA. This role is responsible for handling front desk duties, assisting visitors, and supporting the HR team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls professionally
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Issue and collect employee and visitor badges
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Manage HR conference room schedules and HR vehicle checkout
  • Assist employees with HRIS enrollment and password resets
  • Prepare and scan employee documents into the HRIS system
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
