Receptionist (m/f/d)

Since summer 2023, the services offered by the Gräfliche Kliniken in Bad Driburg have been complemented by our Medical Care Center, which is located in the former steel bathhouse in the Gräfliche Park.

The Count's Clinics belong to the Count von Oeynhausen-Sierstorpff Group (UGOS). In addition to four rehabilitation clinics, the group includes the Bad Driburg Nature Park Springs and the Count's Park Health & Balance Resort. With approximately 1,500 employees, UGOS is one of the largest employers in the region.

For our new Medical Care Center (MVZ), we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible on a part-time basis.

Receptionist (m/f/d)

What are you bringing with you?

• Successfully completed vocational training as a medical assistant or physician's assistant
• Ideally, you have several years of relevant professional experience in a doctor's office or medical center.
• Experience and enjoyment of activities involving direct patient or customer contact
• Service-oriented, independent and responsible work
• Experience with MS Office applications and x.vianova is desirable.
• Good knowledge of outpatient billing for statutory health insurance (EBM) and private insurance (GOÄ)
• Good communication skills and a strong organizational talent.

What tasks await you?

• They are the first point of contact for our patients on site, providing advice and support and ensuring a smooth process in patient care (appointment management, patient registration, documentation) so that our medical center functions optimally.
• Preparing patients for the consultation
• Support with billing according to EBM and GOÄ
• Ensuring drug shelf life and compliance with hygiene regulations, as well as order processing.
• Communication with referring and treating medical colleagues and cooperation partners within the framework of patient treatment/care
