• You have a positive can-do attitude and high service orientation to provide the best service to our employees and guests.
• Ideally you completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy and/or have professional experience as receptionist (advantage). We are also happy to support career changers in their professional reorientation and provide extensive training in their new area of responsibility.
• Very good communication skills in German and English help you in the daily contact with colleagues and guests, other languages (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage.
• You are a flexible team player who actively supports the team in all tasks.
• A confident handling of the PC and MS Office as well as organizational skills and attention to detail complete your profile.

• You are the first point of contact for our incoming visitors, assisting them in all arising questions. Additionally, you answer incoming calls and e-mails and forward them correctly.
• You prepare our five meeting rooms for upcoming meetings and conferences and take care of catering for visitors with drinks and snacks.
• You support our new hires during their first day by providing them with the necessary work materials and assist them in preparing their workstations.
• You take care of our company catering system “Hofmann Menü” by keeping track of orders and deliveries.
• In cooperation with our event coordinators, you take care of the organization of business trips and on-site visits.
