Receptionist (m/f/d)

€2,600.00 - €2,800.00 per month

Here's what you can expect from this client:

• a reliable duty roster

Your tasks will include:

• You will be responsible for welcoming our visitors and guests.
• You will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries and forwarding them.
• Furthermore, you will give directions and act as a contact person for patients, guests and visitors.
• You manage keys and document check-outs and returns.

What we expect from you:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), is an advantage for you, but career changers (m/f/d) with a strong service orientation are also very welcome.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in reception, customer service or in a comparable role with direct personal contact.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications speaks in your favor.
• You enjoy interacting with people.
• English language skills, both written and spoken, and a valid work permit are part of your profile.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• Flexibility and reliability are your strengths.
