The Lotte physiotherapy team is growing and is looking for additional staff for our reception. **Full-time and part-time positions available; for part-time positions:**

• Fixed point: You will support us on two fixed afternoons per week.
• Option: If you would like to work more, we can flexibly schedule additional mornings/afternoons by arrangement.

These are your tasks:

• First point of contact: You warmly welcome our patients and coordinate the daily practice routine.
• Appointment juggler: You plan treatments – from physiotherapy to wellness packages
• Office hero: You take care of phone calls, prescription management, and behind-the-scenes organization.

You bring the following:

• A structured work approach and reliability.
• Enjoyment of communication and empathy.
• Career changers with organizational talent and good PC skills are very welcome!
