Receptionist / Mailroom Coordinator Troy, MI | Full-Time | On-Site   We are seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist / Mailroom Coordinator to support front desk operations and mailroom functions in a fast-paced law firm environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of mail, packages, and legal documents.   Key Responsibilities * Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner * Answer and direct incoming phone calls * Receive, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries * Coordinate outgoing mail, overnight shipments, and courier services * Assist with document handling, copying, scanning, and distribution * Maintain conference rooms and support meeting set-up as needed * Provide general administrative and office support to attorneys and staff * Ensure timely completion of mailroom and front desk responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications * Prior reception, administrative, mailroom, or office support experience preferred * Law firm or professional services experience is a plus * Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology * Professional demeanor and reliable attendance   We offer a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.   Applications accepted through July 12, 2026.
