REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations, administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a professional appearance and attitude
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and positivity, question them about the purpose of their visit and refer them to the appropriate employee/department
  • Take and reroute outside calls, take accurate messages and provide inquirers with basic information in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage phone systems, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently and messages are accurately relayed.
