Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service representative/ Receptionist at EASYFITNESS.club located in Town Square Dubai. You will be responsible for offering administrative support across the organization, welcome guests and greet our club members.
You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves members and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system.
  • Inform members by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct members by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures together with monitoring logbook
  • Operate telecommunication system by following Easyfitness’s standards for house phone and console operation.
  • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Membership encoding and daily report submission
  • In charge of handling Lost and Found items

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills Arabic and English
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
