Olive Hut Restaurant is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Male Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will manage front-desk responsibilities including handling cash, answering calls, and processing orders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Male candidates only
• Valid labor card with minimum 6 months validity
• Proficiency in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or F&B sector preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Take and process orders accurately (both dine-in and takeaway)
• Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily cash reports
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks when required
