Job Description

YOUR MISSION? 

They say first impressions are everything, and that's great, because you're the first person our guests meet. They need to feel safe and secure with you 🤗.

You're responsible for welcoming them and ensuring their stay is as smooth as possible throughout the day.

You will be responsible for all aspects of a personalized and warm welcome 🤩, just like Mama: preparing arrivals, check-in & check-out of individual and group clients, taking last-minute reservations, answering the telephone, processing customer requests…

In order to ensure quality customer follow-up, you report information to your superiors (complaints, remarks or customer feedback…).

You manage your cash receipts and are responsible for your till; you also check all existing accounts.

You edit, process and follow up on customer invoices.

Involved in the marketing of Mama services, you enjoy promoting our shop (sales and merchandising of products), restaurant and our entertainment.

With your best handwriting, you bring out your creative side 👨🎨 and write useful information and nearby activities for customers on the mirrors on each floor and/or elevator.

The customer experience must be perfect, and you are responsible for ensuring that.
