We’re looking for a professional and confident Receptionist/Management Assistant to cover a busy reception, and to provide accurate and efficient admin support.
You’ll be the person who offers a warm welcome to visitors and will answer calls coming into our main switch board. You’ll be friendly and professional, with the confidence to deal with people at all levels, and you’ll take pride in ensuring front of house is operating smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also assist with general business administration including some support with minute taking as part of the Bridgewater House Admin Support Team.
To make the grade, you’ll have to be a true professional with a confident and approachable manner, always willing to help out where you can. You’re a wiz when it comes to using Microsoft Office packages and are highly accurate with an eye for detail. You’re used to following instructions and can easily pick things up. You’ll combine all this with a good grasp of customer service, remaining positive and professional at all times.
