Pay: Pay $20-25 per hour based on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Coshocton, Ohio

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (insurance or financial services is a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be the face of our agency. You’ll handle front desk operations, manage communication, and provide administrative support to our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients and visitors professionally
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
• Handle mail, email, and general correspondence
• File, scan, and manage office documents
• Assist agents with paperwork and client files
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
