JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles being highly advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience with QuickBooks is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
