THE DAY TO DAY

• Responsible for Reception including answering calls, opening and distribution of mail, booking couriers, public transport cards, petty cash, travel and office equipment bookings.
• Management of office consumables; including stationery, kitchen Supplies.
• Maintaining office inventory and consumables including managing daily update of consumables for photocopiers and printers.
• Organising of maintenance for large office machinery (e.g.: photocopier/printers) and catering for meetings, special events and Friday night drinks.
• Undertake office errands including catering supplies, rubbish bin emptying, postage, banking, and urgent deliveries when needed.
• Maintain presentation of meeting rooms and office.
• Create and/or edit in house documents in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) as needed.
• Support to Practice Manager with project administration tasks. Assisting in production of project reports and business development presentations.
• Coordinating travel and accommodation for team members

Full time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a dynamic architecture firm based in Melbourne’s CBD. The receptionist, also known as the studio coordinator, will carry out a variety of administrative tasks as well as providing support to the wider business.
