To Provide a high quality, professional service to visitors and employees in the first instance. This is a diverse role combining many other duties and prioritising workloads ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
· To extend a warm and welcome greeting to all visitors and ensure relevant personnel are notified of their arrival
· Provide informative and professional information to visitors at all times
· To professionally answer incoming calls and transfer to the correct extension and / or record an accurate telephone message
· To distribute and co-ordinate inbound post, e-mails and faxes to the relevant personnel
· Process the company’s post
· 28 - 32 hours a week on a shift basis Monday to Sunday over a rota-based shift
