Mere Court Hotel is a beautifully restored Edwardian country house set in landscaped gardens and woodland in the heart of Cheshire. We’re known for delivering a personal and professional service for weddings, business events, and leisure guests alike.

THE ROLE:

As Receptionist, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring each guest’s stay is seamless and enjoyable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming guests on arrival and providing a professional check-in/check-out experience
• Handling guest queries efficiently and politely, in person, over the phone, and via email
• Taking reservations and processing payments using our hotel systems
• Liaising with all departments to ensure smooth guest service
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required
